We require 72 hours advance notice for all request in changes to services and/or appointment times for appointments. With the exception of group spa parties of over three people which require a minimum of 14 days notice to make any changes or cancellations. We charge 100% for late cancellations and no-show appointments. Booking an appointment is an acknowledgement of these terms and means you comply with our cancellation policy. Not receiving a text or email confirmation does not negate the clients responsibility to our policies. Setting personal reminders for appointments is the clients sole responsibility. We kindly ask that clients avoid scheduling services after 35 weeks of pregnancy, as labor can begin at any time. Appointments booked beyond this point are considered high-risk for last-minute cancellation and will remain subject to our full cancellation policy, including forfeiture of any cancellation fees.
