We require 72 hours advance notice for all request in changes to services and/or appointment times for appointments. With the exception of group spa parties of over three people which require a minimum of 14 days notice to make any changes or cancellations. We charge 100% for late cancellations and no-show appointments. Booking an appointment is an acknowledgement of these terms and means you comply with our cancellation policy. Not receiving a text or email confirmation does not negate the clients responsibility to our policies. Setting personal reminders for appointments is the clients sole responsibility.
